This support services would provide all bug-fixes and patches to resolve and/or provide quick-fixes in addressing technical glitches and/or errors caused by Lindzie baseline software system.
Lindzie standard software support services comes with a coverage of five days a week, eight hours a day, twenty four hours response time from 9:00am and 5:00pm local Malaysia Time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
