Lindzie standard software support services comes with a  coverage of five days a week, eight hours a day, twenty four hours response time from 9:00am and 5:00pm local Malaysia Time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Lindzie 24/7 software support services include the technical support for all the standard baseline capabilities without software customization. Our support services comes with a  coverage of five days a week, twenty four hours a day, four hours response time, from Monday-Sunday (including holidays). The 24/7 software support services are only applicable for mission-critical customers, which low tolerance in system downtime.

Our custom software support services include bug-fixes and patches to address any programming bugs that cause system errors derived from Lindzie custom codes and its associated system integrations.
